Marathón Mór 2009Our aim has been to raise €20,000 for our school to help towards our proposed move to Kilmalum (Home  ). Already we have raised €2,800 through the maratón beag / mini marathon.
We are asking for a huge effort form everybody to help us get to our target between now and the end of October.
6 members of the school community are undertaking the Dublin City Marathon on (26ú October):

Ray Ó Murchú (Daidí)
Currently we are training 5 days a week and are running between 30-40 miles a week.
Date for the Marathon is Monday 26ú October. If anyone is free to come to support our runners, we plan to be at mile 20 (Clonskeagh) with the school banner to roar them on, and home!
